**Stock Controller required for large Hotel based in Nottingham Road**

Duties

Stock ordering for 3 Kitchen, Housekeeping department

Management of bulk stock as well as stock within fixed outlets and mobile bars

Receiving of all food and beverage stock, cleaning materials, housekeeping items etc.

Maintaining cost and pricing to achieve set GP's

Assisting with menu costings and updating and maintenance of stock items, recipes and production receipts on Micros and Opera

Purchase order creations and management

Managing, capturing and investigating of daily, weekly and monthly stock counts

Maintaining and forecasting of stock requirements for busy periods

Full ownership of all aspects related to stock control.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in business management or similar

5 years experience in a similar role

Experience working with Micros/Opera advantageous

Attention to detail

Computer literate in microsoft packages

Able to work flexible hours where required

Reporting directly to Finance Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Stock management: 5 years (preferred)
