We are a dynamic and ever changing business that is in need of a senior stock controller that carries experience in stock management. Needing to be strong in character with the ability to uphold efficient stock operation and implement procedures.

Being able to multitask and delegate to their team below will be a strong point

**Duties**

Stock ordering for the business and oversight of all stock

Management of bulk stock as well as stock within fixed outlets and inter-company transfers

Ability to sustain stock levels required and keep variety mix of stock for each business as required by market

Ability to create efficiencies between all departments that allow for cost savings for all

Responsible for the receiving of all retails items, food and beverage stock, cleaning materials, housekeeping items etc.

Maintaining costs and pricing to achieve set GP's in order to create frequent stock reports for management

Assisting with menu costings and updating and maintenance of stock items, recipes and production receipts on Micros and Opera

Purchase order creations and management

Managing, capturing and investigating of daily, weekly and monthly stock counts

Maintaining and forecasting of stock requirements for busy periods

Managing team at each businesses

Maintain relationships with suppliers

Full ownership of all aspects related to stock control.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in business management or similar

5 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience working with Micros/Opera advantageous

Attention to detail

Computer literate in Microsoft packages

Able to work flexible hours where required

Well spoken

Analytical

Reporting directly to Finance Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Above market related salary, based on knowledge and experience

Ability to commute/relocate:
