Operations Administrator

**Purpose of role**:
The operations administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Shop2Shop, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across various operational tasks. This role involves processing account maintenance, queries, customer onboarding tasks, and managing warehouse returns, among other responsibilities.
This role contributes greatly to our values of optimisation and our commitment to our customers.
**Key responsibilities**:
Manages troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing of faulty devices.
Processes returns accurately, manages stockroom, and liaises with couriers.
Keep our warehouse safe by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
Work with our suppliers to make sure everything is running smoothly, and we have the stock we need.
Ensure we have the right stock levels for the distribution channel and peripherals.
Ensure maintenance of equipment and general warehouse is in tip-top shape.
Manage employees and contractors where needed.
Work with transporters to make sure deliveries are on time, accurate and at the best possible price.
Check delivery notes against manual stock and numbers on granite, and stamp and sign them off.
Ensure all assembly processes are being followed at all times by staff.
Consistent and accurate creation and updating of SOPs.

**Skills and experience required**:
Prior experience in an administration role.
Intermediate skills in Excel and proficiency in the general Microsoft Office suite.
Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
Works well under pressure, good communication skills, and ability to work independently without the need for routine checks.
Open to contributing to process improvements.
