Finance Enterprise Performance Management Specialist

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the delivery and optimisation of the Group’s Enterprise Performance management function, alongside developing capability in data analytics to better predict and thus respond to emerging trends within and outside the business environment.

Key responsibilities include Timely preparation of a monthly Exco business performance insights pack, combining both standard financial metrics alongside key operational business KPI’s, driving improved reporting turnaround periods, through quick win identification with other finance lead functions, and if necessary new IT systems implementation. Providing the overall direction, standard setting and guidance on the overall Group Finance Planning & Analysis function (FP&A) alongside being responsible for executive presentation compilation and business insights of the various business planning cycles. This role reports to Rewardsco Group Finance Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the overall group FP&A function for Rewardsco Group, driving best practices in technology use, presentation formatting/ standards and business insights delivery
- Responsible for maintenance of the Group’s full FP&A reporting calendar, including deadline management.
- Compiling executive presentation packs for month end results and various business planning cycles, which unpack results in a concise, fit for purpose manner, with actionable insights for better decisions as a foundation focus in the outputs developed
- Review, challenge and identify opportunities in operations actual and forecasting processes
- Develop, implement and maintain a balanced KPI scorecard for both Rewardsco Group as well as individual entities, driving the effective tracking of business performance against strategy
- Develop a value driver and related scenario model which will enable the business to scenario plan and test in an agile, efficient manner
- Perform the Group Entity valuations, derived from the businesses bi-annual planning process
- Share performance portfolio analysis and reporting to Exco requirements
- Project lead on the implementation of any necessary investments/ upgrades on key FP&A and business intelligence/ analytics IT systems
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships between finance business partners in operations and functional heads in the group finance team, building an efficient end to end FP&A and associated business insights/ analytics service delivery
- Involved in adhoc projects/ tasks to drive improved efficiency in the business, driving a continuous improvement culture across finance

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must have a CA (SA), Business Science, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in Power BI or similar BI tool
- Minimum 6 to 8 years financial experience with a proven track record in Enterprise Performance management/ Financial, Planning and analysis in a senior function
