**Job Description - Finance Administrator**
- Preparation of the daily bank reconciliations
- Computation of monthly VAT and submission of VAT Returns
- Management of fixed assets
- Posting of expense journals
- Assisting with external and internal audit queries
- Liaising with suppliers, insurers and other service providers and
- Ad hoc finance related tasks

**The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position**:

- Appropriate qualification - **BCom Accounting Degree**:

- Completed SAIPA articles or previous experience within a finance department will be advantageous
- Computer literacy, preferably in Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate level. Strong Excel skills will be advantageous
- Well-developed report writing, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work well within a team
