**A well established Utilities Management Company in Pretoria East is looking for a young and vibrant individual to join their team.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Send Reading Feedback report to owners
- Request Deadline from each client/owner
- Capture all relevant reading on excel
- Manage Meter, Shop / Tenant Movements, and changes as required on old and new buildings.
- Save & Send Export Files to the relevant clients
- Request and receive client approvals
- Prepare Excel and web for new reading period
- Create Owner Custom Report
- Receive and address or assign Client technical Queries
- Create new Buildings
- Calculate/ generate and implement Debit and Credit notes as required from Finance, management, or portfolio managers
Additional Specifications:

- Minimum grade 12
- 3-5 years related experience preferably as a portfolio administrator in the utilities management industry
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Computer literacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
