Job Title: Administrative Manager to Portfolio Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Property Portfolio Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Portfolio Managers and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage email and telephone inquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Provide backup support in various administrative functions.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Senior Operations Manager as required.
  • Lead the Portfolio Assistants team and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
  • Review and verify monthly financial statements.
  • Process leave applications and manage employee attendance records.
  • Support the Portfolio Managers in their daily activities.
  • Assist in preparing queries related to payments and settlements.
  • Distribute company-wide emails and notifications.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on assistant functions and performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Assist with new staff appointments and onboardings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the master file.
  • Oversee the valuation of schemes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage e-wallet transactions and reconcile accounts.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Portfolio Assistants.
  • Ensure the continuous operation of administrative processes.
