Job description:
The Adviser Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and managing the underwriting, claims and administration processes and to assist the broker.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compliance & General Administration
- Personal & Commercial underwriting
- Servicing client
- Claims administration
Skill sets required:

- Grade 12
- Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Successfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives)
- NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualification, alternatively studying towards such a qualification
- Personal and Commercial lines experience
- A minimum of 2 -3 years´ working experience within the Short-term Insurance industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good administration, organisation, and planning skills
- Friendly and well groomed
- Honest and loyal
- Willing to learn and be able to work well with clients
