Overview: As Duty Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining guest satisfaction and the efficient functioning of the hotel.

Your Contribution:

- Oversee hotel shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the Front Office Manager with reception duties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public areas.
- Assist guests with property orientation and rooming.
- Provide top-notch concierge services, including reservations and transfers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated guest experience.
- Promptly report and address maintenance issues.
- Conduct property site inspections as required.
- Complete administrative tasks and reports accurately.
- Update property management systems and manage billing processes.
- Actively work towards improving guest feedback scores.
- Uphold service and quality standards while promoting property services.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and feedback effectively.
- Handle complaints promptly and according to company policy.
- Cultivate positive guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in training and property meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety standards.
- Address misconduct and handle reasonable requests professionally.

Personal Criteria:

- Lead by example with a hands-on and practical approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or similar property.

The Package:

- Competitive Monthly Gross Salary: R15,000.00 (Negotiable based on experience)
- Flexible hours based on operational needs.
- 5% Company Contribution to Provident Fund (Old Mutual).
- Generous Annual Leave: 15 days, plus an additional day off for your birthday.
