- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, and mentoring.
- Solid understanding of reporting mechanisms and the ability to generate and interpret reports to track operational performance.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
