As a **Senior Recruiter**, you will assume a leading role within our team, driving the recruitment efforts for a variety of sales, marketing, product, and account management roles. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our ongoing success. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, constant curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders to craft innovative and impactful recruitment strategies.

**Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping**:

- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.
- Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.
- Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Leverage metrics to generate reports and identify areas for recruitment strategy enhancement.

**Ideal Applicant Will Have**:

- 2-5 years of agency related recruiting experience within tech, media, or SaaS
- Sourcing experience using a variety of tools - LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Experience using an applicant tracking system - Loxo a plus
- A meticulous approach to organization
- A network of sales, marketing, account management, and/or product employees
- An innate understanding of how to prioritize
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
