Administrator - City Liaison Officer

**What's the role?**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Ensuring service delivery within the clients communities to have a Continuous Urban Improvement plan by adding meaningful value and solutions
- Executing service effectively and the delivery of operational KPI's
- Deal with emergency calls and situations promptly and effectively
- Securing strong and effective relationships with the City Council and the Johannesburg
- Roads Agency to resolve municipal challenges
- Proper planning and implementation of solutions in Urban areas
- Ability to provide prompt feedback on complaints with utmost detail
- Providing reports and recommending process improvements where needed
- Ensure client complaints are kept at a minimum through immediate action
- Providing timeous feedback to stakeholders where issues have been reported and identified
- Implementation and development of Urban improvement strategies
