You will be the first point of contact for oall telephonic enquiries and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, and has excellent communication skills.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Switchboard Operator or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate the main telephone switchboard to direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and individuals.
- Greet and assist callers with a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and relay messages accurately when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining phone logs, updating contact information, and preparing reports as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of the switchboard system and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Provide support for other office duties as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other office tasks.
