Job Title: Business-to-Business Sales Representative (Exhibition and Publishing Industry)

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business-to-Business Salesperson to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target prospective clients in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals.

Client Relationship Management:

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Continuously nurture and strengthen client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotional offerings.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data, market reports, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using Zoho CRM.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
- Ability to prospect and acquire new clients, overcoming obstacles and gatekeepers.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Non-smoker.
- Experience using Zoho CRM is a plus.

Employment Details:

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, consisting of a basic salary plus commission and bonus.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
