Epping, South Africa Overseas Administration Management Full time

Working in the (Dutch) customer services department
- Recording, handling and following up clients’ claims concerning their insurance
- Identifying and processing claims using procedures that have been put in place
- Evaluating damages according to insurer’s guidelines as well as directly with the client in as far as reimbursement proposals are concerned

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Excellent written and spoken DUTCH (Not Afrikaans) and English;
- Must be able to work independently and have a strong sense of duty;
- Ability to synthesize information, rationalize and a good sense of customer care are essential in order to find the best way of effectively resolving claims, for the benefit of both the Company and the client;
- A good command of Internet navigation systems as well as office tools is a requirement;
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Very good communication skills
- Enquiring mind

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
- administrative and organizational skills: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Speaks & Writes Excellent Dutch (Not Afrikaans) (required)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
