**purpose**:

- To manage the facilities management function of high complexity facilities, ensuring efficient operation and sustainability of facilities and equipment, in achievement of Building Management strategic objectives**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - B Tech Degree in Built Environment in built environment
- Preferred Qualification - Degree/Qualification in built environment preferred
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience managing multiple or large scale and high complex facilities larger than 65 000m2
- Additional Knowledge - Building systems
- Deliver on infrastructure design and building technical excellence
- Smart Buildings, IoT devices and 5G technology
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA)
- Energy management principles
- General Machinery Regulation (GMR)
- Architectural drawings and layouts
- Green buildings
- Equipment sustainability
- Asset life cycle management
- Organisational sustainability
- Building management system automation
- Engineering services
