**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager**

**6-Months Fixed Term Contract Appointment**

**Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the University’s goals and staffing needs.
- Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating interview logistics.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the institution.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrices, providing regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts and identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Honours degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience using Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
