Job Title: Junior Salesperson

Location: Cape Town, South Africa (US-based Company)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesperson to join our team, specializing in online sales, data sorting, and research.

**Job Description**:
1. Online Sales:

- Engage with potential clients via online platforms, including Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Manage and nurture leads through online communication channels to drive sales.
- Assist in developing and implementing online sales strategies.

2. Data Sorting and Lead Generation:

- Sort and organize contact lists to identify specific required leads.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.

3. Research:

- Conduct thorough research on client documents and websites to gather necessary information.
- Collect and analyze data from conferences and industry events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

4. Client Interaction:

- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Provide support to the senior sales team in client communications and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

5. Administrative Support:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in online sales, preferably using platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to sort and manage large sets of data.
- Excellent research skills, including the ability to analyze client documents, websites, and industry information.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the tech industry or a similar field.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with conference and industry event research.
