Legal firm seeking **Junior Conveyancer.**

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consulting with clients
- Attending to junior conveyancing functions associated with the department
- Drafting of deeds of sale and general contracts
- Signing of transfer documents with clients
- Drafting of conveyancing documents
- Attending to all financial arrangements
- General duties associated with the department

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Admission as Attorney and Conveyancer.
Academic excellence in Law degree.
Experience in conveyancing.
Experience in commercial law and drafting of contracts, good communication and language skills.
Ability to work independently and as team member.
