**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include ensuring that leads (and Sales) targets are met, through growth in media and campaign channels, as well as optimisation of the channels to stay within budget.
Manage various Google Paid & SEO, Social Media, Affiliate and strategic partner Campaigns.
**KEY OUTCOMES**
**Campaign Management**:
Manage various Google Paid campaigns, Google SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and strategic partner Campaigns. You will be required to work with different agencies and teams to grow and monitor these channels to budget.
- Strategic management and alignment to grow the channels
- Identification of target audiences and assisting with planning of campaigns
- Copy checking and content deployment
- Brief in landing pages, banners and other collateral as needed
- Managing marketing collateral sign-off through internal compliance
- Campaign set up including tracking links
- Management of Affiliate channels, contract negotiations and renewals
- Sign IO’s, Manage Onboarding and payment of various partners
- Find new platforms, partners, affiliates and campaigns to run
**Analysis, optimisation and improvement**:
Daily monitoring of campaign statistics across various platforms including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, as well as internal analytics dashboards.
Pull reporting and or build reports as necessary to show Campaign and Channel performance. Measure performance against acquisition and retention metrics. Report this back to stakeholders with recommendations for improvements or growth.
Report and measure against a monthly campaign budget, or other unit economics.
**Qualifications**:
5+ years within digital marketing environments including campaign management, media buying or affiliate marketing.
Demonstrate an understanding of paid media strategies across digital platforms including affiliate marketing, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
**PREFERRED**
A good knowledge of AdWords, Facebook and other programmatic buying platforms.
**EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY** **REQUIRED**
Relevant qualifications in marketing or advertising.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE**
**REQUIRED**
- Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
**PREFERRED**
- Experience of working with Marketing automation / CRM platforms
- HTML skills advantageous
