Outbound Travel Consultant

Quintrip is an outbound travel services company based in Fourways-Sandton specialized in designing, buying and selling holiday packages.

We are redefining the job of the travel consultant and think that our primary goal is to fulfill people's vacation fantasies. We are experts at providing Sunshine to every customer we work with because we really believe that the magic is in the details.

In order to consolidate our team, we are looking for **travel consultants** for an asap start.

**YOUR ROLE**:
To research and scour through the millions of deals out there to find your client the BEST possible solution

Creation of quotes on "in-house" software

Handling of bookings from quote to finalising, invoicing, and travel documents.

Delivering exceptional after-sales support to your clients

Fully committing yourself as part of an amazing team

Ensure consistently good levels of customer service

Good understanding of product and general knowledge of destinations

Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and guests.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Consistent and clear communication with customers, preferred supplier partners and colleagues.
- Proactive selling of our products and services
- An independent, curios and “can do it” attitude.
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English (e.g. reporting)
- Computer - Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Amadeus and Galileo (compulsory, at least one of the two)
- Understanding of the Availability and Web Reporting Systems

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**:

- Matric (required)
- Tertiary Degree (Advantageous)
- Travel and Tourism Diploma or experience (Essential)

**PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Background in travel agencies
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in similar role beneficial
