In your role as a recruiter for our organization, you will be in charge of sourcing, attracting, and hiring people in order to meet the hiring demands of the business and our clients in finance /banking.
- The role is a 360 recruitment function - Business Development to closing deals.
- Business Development
- Qualifying Job Assignments
- Talent Acquisition
- Interviewing
- Conducting checks and references
- Extending job offers
- Responsible for bulk recruitment for both white and blue collars
- Scheduling interviews
- Typing and checking CVs
- General administration
- Record keeping of all temporary and contracting staff
- Placing job adverts on various portals and monitoring the ad response
- Arranging short-term temps for clients after hours if required

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment.
- Matric, Diploma/ Degree in HR or Business Management.
- Basic pay, a travel expense reimbursement, a commission, and a quarterly incentive.
