Payroll & Benefits Officer

We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Officer who will be responsible for processing remuneration benefits in line with the company remuneration and benefits policies and procedures. Ensure correct reconciliation of remuneration and benefits for relevant entities.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for accurate and timeous processing and payments of all salaries, incentives, rewards and bonuses within the division.
- Benefits administration and 3rd party payments.
- Resolve payroll related queries.
- Ensure internal controls and compliance within the division.
- Prepare Payroll reports, reconciliations and metrics.
- EMP201 and EMP501 reconciliations, submissions, and payments.
- Facilitate compensation framework and benchmarks.
- Oversee and facilitate remuneration structures and policies.
- Assist with all audit requirements.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A Certificate/Diploma in Payroll or Finance related.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience working as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
- Must have 3- 5 years’ experience in using Sage 300 People
- Must have 1 years of experience in ESS set up and ability to assist users.
- Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Financial acumen/management.
- Statistical analysis.
