**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance**
- Grassed areas are maintained according to Service Level standards
- Shrubbery and trees maintained according to Service Level standards
- Hard landscape surfaces maintained according to Service Level standards
- Maintain water features according to Service Level standard
- Irrigation is adapted according to seasonal changes
- Supervise Gardeners
- Maintain tools and equipment levels
- Daily audit submitted monthly to Operations Manager
- Provide Performance Monthly report to the Facilities Manager

**Painting**
- Painters assigned job cards as soon as possible
- Procure Tools, equipment and paint
- Supervise Painters
- Area painted with correct paint colour, neat, within a reasonable time and signed off by requestor
- Daily audit submitted to Operations Manager

**Cabling Infrastructure Maintenance**:
- Follow up on completed cabling requests
- Procure tools and equipment
- Daily audit submitted to Operations Manager

**General Maintenance**:
- Follow up on completed maintenance requests on a daily basis.
- Procure tools and equipment for Building Maintenance
- Supervise all Maintenance teams Daily audit submitted to Operation Manager

**Air-Conditioning Maintenance**:

- Follow up on completed maintenance requests
- Procure tools and equipment for Building Maintenance
- Supervise all Maintenance teams
- Daily audit submitted to Operation Manager

**Shuttle Services**:
- Maintain shuttles condition
- Daily inspections faults reported to Operations Manager

**Soft Skills**:
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Communication Skills Initiative

**Management Focus**
- All sub-ordinates well informed of what is expected from them
- All aware of the SLA's as well.
- All sub-ordinate/s contracted bi-annually and Performance contracts submitted to Facilities Manager as scheduled
- No failure to adhere to requirements.
- Satisfaction level of at least 85% achieved.
- User Satisfaction Survey indicates a client satisfaction level of all applicable Service Schedules of at least 85%
- No failure to adhere to set timelines and to ensure accuracy of report.
- Monthly Performance Report compiled accurately and submitted to Facility Manager as per the Monthly Performance Report submissions schedule.
- No failure to adhere to requirements.
- Records kept and filed properly for audit purposes.
- No failure to adhere to requirements.
- Areas of non-conformance in terms of service delivery to SLA's identified and escalated to Facility Manager with proposed plan of action to rectify.
- Conduct Daily Audits and capture on a daily basis.
- Originals to be submitted by no later than the dates on the monthly performance report submission schedule to Facility Manager.
- No failure to adhere to requirements.
- Training needs identified from Personal Development Plan/s and submitted to Facilities Manager to include on the Training Schedule.
- No failure to adhere to requirements.
- Adherence to the company's HR Manual for the individual and reporting staff Contractors Schedule is accurate and updated

**Experience Requirements**
- Matric
- 3 - 5 years technical and maintenance experience
