A qualified and experienced Snr Manager : Key Accounts Management is required to join a large company in Centurion
**Core Description**:

- Responsible for the relationship management between Group and clients in respect of real estate and related services Group offers. Primarily focuses on the strategic development and implementation of space demand requirements for clients, resulting in optimized and cost effective accommodation occupancy costs.

Job Responsibilities
- Accountable as the central point of business engagement to interact regularly with client representatives, executives and senior leadership in order to gather and understand short, medium and long term business strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business stakeholders and understand the business context in which they work.
- Understand Group business strategy, processes and performance plans in relation to existing and new business opportunities and services for clients
- Understand services Group renders to clients to effectively manage Group and client relationship and service level agreements.
- Take responsibility to understand short, medium and long term space requirements for clients.
- Responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of client accommodation plans in collaboration with the client and their representatives
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, cycle times, cost, and service levels) and uses analytical tools to understand performance gaps.
- Become a strategic partner that remains closely connected with client representatives, executives and senior leadership as well.
- Oversee Key Accounts Management team, gather, understand and translate business strategies into implementation and client relationship management plans.
- Ensure that new requirements from business raised are captured, analyzed and prioritized to ensure alignment with client projects and service roll out strategies.
- Identify best practices across the spectrum of facilities & workplace matters (internally and externally) and recommends and implements innovative opportunities to drive operational performance and cost reduction for clients.
- Work closely with customers to identify weaknesses and opportunities in service delivery and service offerings in order to develop actions and/or solutions to address the gaps, thus ensuring service delivery meets/ exceeds expectations of customers.
- Collaborate with other functions to deliver a coordinated program for effective client service delivery.
- Manages the development of divisional budget, expenditure and performance reporting.
- Directs and oversee implementation of the division work plan, assigned work, activities, and projects.

Prepare and manage Business Case for capital as well as OPEX funding requirements
- Liaise with internal Finance to align on budget, expense and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and manage Project Plan/s for individual projects.
- Manage performance of project delivery for on time conclusion.
- Manage and contribute to monthly reporting to various levels
- Management of audit requirements.
