We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transport Controller to join our innovative team. As a customer-centric startup, **Loop** relies on ecosystem feedback to drive technological advancements. Your role will be pivotal in providing structure, implementing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of our technology solutions.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transport Controller to join our innovative team. As a customer-centric startup, Loop relies on ecosystem feedback to drive technological advancements. Your role will be pivotal in providing virtual control over drivers and riders during night shifts, ensuring a smooth transportation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Virtually control drivers and riders during night shifts (4:00 pm to 6:30 am).
- Collaborate closely with transport administrators and transport coordinators.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or within the transport sector.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with virtual control systems is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- High school education or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
