Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent client service to guests.
- Have the ability to prepare a wide variety of drinks to meet and exceed client needs.
- Ensure drink measurements are correct
- Stock control.
- Keep the bar clean, neat and tidy and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Responsible for cash float and ensure that clients receive the correct change.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star establishment or upmarket bar.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Mixology experience advantageous.
