Job Purpose:
- Provide co-ordination of the team activities and management of the monthly/quarterly cadence within promo hub- Support in building capability within the team (L1 & L2) to create recommendations of optimised promotional plans, input into forecasting cycle with End-to-End Management of promotions (accruals, forecasting, month end activities)- Drive strategic initiatives within Customer Operations, CD, Finance to improve Promotional Spend- Lead all audit activities and periodic control testing to ensure risk mitigation.

Principal activities of the job on which most of the time is spent:
- Coordinate team activities and management of in month cadence of business cycle, support and get involved in with Sales analyst activities to support where required across accounts.- Responsible for Promo approvals, ensuring SOA and SOP adherence.- Support teams and build capabilities where required in creation of promotional plan (volume & TTS) by using data analytics from historical promotional performance and ROI to provide recommendations to the CD team.- Support in managing all promohub reporting and comms to align to business cadence in forecast deadlines and accruals in month; including and establishing a reconciliation process for ensuring planned activities are ensuring all elements on contracts to ensure compliance with the accounting and Compliance regulation.- Support in defining process and building capability within promohub to utilise all tools and financial information to identify risks and opportunities.- Co-ordination and participation in promo planning activities to feed into the business plan aligned and CCD promo kits are clearly translated into effective promotional activities.- Where required, engage with Business Leadership (CD, Finance) and other cross functional partners.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business essential, preferred postgraduate in Finance- Knowledge of S&OP processes advantageous- Financial and Budget acumen- Excellent Analytical skills- Technology and process improvement- Strong interpersonal and communications skills- 5 years FMCG experience in either CD Finance, Supply Chain-
- Intermediate to advanced experience in enterprise reporting platforms (Power BI)- Solid experience in creating, editing database driven reporting with ability to modify existing templates.- Experience with SAP/ ERP systems essential
