An exciting opportunity exists for a **Deployment Planner FTC **at **CIRO** in **Bryanston**, **Johannesburg**. The successful incumbent would work closely with our Sales Team to ensure there is always sufficient stock, at the right place at the right time.

**Deployment**:
- Achieve min service level 97% through optimized deployment strategies.
- Create deployment plans (STO’s) via Barton to ensure the right product to the right place at the right time in the right order multiple.
- Adherence to STO lead times to ensure smooth dc operations and avoid overtime costs.
- Arrange vehicle space with AVI LSS department.
- Ensure optimum utilization of truck space. (Primary load building)
- Timely create and ensure corrective STO’s is generated.
- Monitor warehouse capacity at all 5 sites.
- Track vehicle departure and arrival times at Ciro Depots. Arrange warehouse overtime where required with DC manager.
- Be the pivotal role player which keeps the Ciro sales team informed of stock shortages both in house and bought outs.
- Work closely with the Distribution, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that stock is available when needed.
- Maintain planning parameters within SAP and Barnton Planning tool. (Safety stocks, order multiples & SPK’s)
- Do weekly/monthly reporting as required.
- Manage the movement of stock into the expired, claims and re-pack location and report to management.
- Be involved in ad hoc projects as defined by the planning manager.
**Forecasting**:
- Gather business information and intelligence to increase forecasts accuracy, in conjunction with planning and procurement manager.
- Provide input into the creation of 12 months rolling forecast.
- Participate in the stock build-up for peak periods to meet the forecast.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 2-3-years’ experience in a similar role
- SAP experience - Non Negotiable
- Solid Excel experience a must
- Barnton Experience would be advantageous
**Qualifications**:
- Related Tertiary Qualification (BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics)
