- Seeking to recruit an HR Business Partner to provide an HR generalist service with the main focus on end to end recruitment
- Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- 1. End to end management of all talent acquisition to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel.
- 2. In conjunction with the L&D Manager, coordinate all aspects of learnership and traineeship programmes including learner management.
- 3. Manage the annual performance management process
- 4. Assist with the implementation of wellness initiatives
- 5. Responsible for Induction programme rollout
- 6. Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.
- **Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a similar sized business
- MS Office proficiency at intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300 People (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of labour legislation
- Knowledge and exposure to processes associated with the management of BBBEE is advantageous.
