**_ The Role - Position: Researcher Programme: Research, Innovation & Statistics Location: Gauteng_**

What You'll Do:
As a Researcher at Productivity SA, you will be an integral part of our Research, Innovation & Statistics programme. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

- Conducting in-depth research on productivity and competitiveness matters.
- Analyzing research findings and translating them into actionable insights.
- Contributing to the development of research proposals and strategies.
- Producing reports, articles, and outputs focused on productivity and competitiveness.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote awareness and drive positive change.
- Assisting with budget development and resource management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum Honours Degree in Economics (Masters' degree advantageous).
At least 5 years of hands-on research experience in economics.
Familiarity with empirical research methods is a plus.
