Group HR Officer

Ensure regional compliance with Group Reporting Standards and Best People Standards

Compile monthly regional HR and CEO report

Gather information to determine non compliance with HR Best practices

Compile and maintain a region HR Authority Matrix manual

Review corrective actions for internal and external HR audit findings and support countries to be compliant to improve on standards

On boarding

Exit Process

Ensure compliance in terms of Performance Management

Assists with the AA/BEE data compilation and reporting processes.

Overhead Management

Identify improvement areas from feedback report

To undertake all duties as requested by the RHRD

Grade 12

BCom HR / Organisational Psychology (Honours degree an advantage

At least 3 years relevant experience
