**Business Administration Manager**

Business Administration (BA) Manager will be responsible in managing all Commercial and Administration project execution Onshore activities at Yerevan Power Plant (YCCPP2) within the time, budget and quality targets including managing direct subordinates of the BA Admin department.

**How You’ll Make an Impact?**:

- Manage day to day commercial operation project business in order to comply with local authority regulations, Siemens Regional Entity regulations, customer regulations, and contract terms & conditions.
- Ensure timely issuing of customer invoices as per contract payment terms and conditions and actively monitoring payment fulfillment and obligations in front of the vendors.
- Prepare Change Order calculation and Claims to customer/vendors with technical colleagues including negotiation.
- Provide and analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc financial/administration reporting in order to improve project budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
- Handle the import of offshore parts and supplies, obtain the customs clearance for those supplies.
- Ensure Onshore purchase services will be done in good quality and delivery in time frame.
- Provide support to Internal Audits, Customer satisfaction survey and actively work on closure of actions and recommendations given.
- Ensure regular update of the storekeeping process in alignment with Station Manager and the Storekeeper, be aware of the stock status and ensure smooth stock placing management.
- Coordinate HR related matters with HR-departments and Accounting,
- Identify areas with potential for cost and time savings, make suggestions for process improvements.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor of Administration and Commerce (or comparable Administration degree), Master of Business Administration or Project Management qualification will be a plus;
- At least 5 years Controlling and Administration Experience preferable at Project Management or in Production company;
- Knowledge of local law
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International trade regulations (Incoterms);
- Knowledge of financial IT systems, SAP R3 Controlling module will be a plus;
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Experience in working within international company;
- Good communication and contract negotiation skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and cooperate with other members of the team;
- ** Fluent in English as well as Armenian as native language is required**.
