**Job Purpose**
- Assume overall accountability for the effective and efficient management of the deal and transaction fulfilment for a portfolio of products through operational excellence, processing competitiveness and digital transformation.**Responsibilities**:

- Establish a diversified deal and transaction fulfilment middle office supporting product, sales and support for Letter of Credit (cross cluster), Letter of Guarantee (cross cluster), General Banking Facilities (CIB), Short Term Loans (CIB), Short Term Revolving Credit Facilities (CIB), Trade loans (CIB), Asset Backed Finance (CIB) and Nedfleet (CIB)
- Drive the ‘Digital First’ strategy creating cohesion between segment, channel, and relevant products.Drive the required change intervention to deliver on solutions implemented to ensure ROI for the enterprise
- Establish and manage relevant governance structures so that relevant risks & issues are appropriately monitored, managed and mitigated for relevant products
- Deliver best in class customer satisfaction measured through speed of execution, errors in processing and client feedback for relevant products
- Ensure availability of data lead insights and client responsibility around the value chain, innovation, and client experience (engagement, onboarding, enablement, pricing, ideation, usage, support)
- Manage and deliver on the CIB P&L to achieve the agreed financial objectives by driving sustainable growth and performance in product, TS and CIB
- Meet financial objectives by leading and supporting the organisational budgeting process, driving reporting and monitoring of organisational financial performance
- Manage and maintain valid, accurate and complete client data to support various business and strategic objectives
- Ensure that all middle office operational systems operate effectively and efficiently in order to manage the lifecycle of the transaction and deliver relevant reporting requirements needed for decision making by various stakeholders
- Drive strategic objectives with input from competitor analysis and market trend insights
- Manage customer activity behaviour by analysing data to provide insights to product and sales
- Utilise qualitative data from client engagements, surveys and front-line teams to build effective reporting
- Achieve excellence in strategy execution by integrating people, processes, management, systems, measurements and rewards
- Create organisational alignment with other business areas by ensuring common view and methodology
- Foster and enable innovation increasing the value add of the function through breakthrough services or practices
- Effective management and accountability of internal audit and compliance requirements in order to mitigate risk
- Lead the team effectively and efficiently across the HR value chain including recruitment, performance management, retention of critical staff, succession planning, skills development, coaching and talent management
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- Preferred Qualification- Masters in relevant field e.g. Business Administration/Data Science- Minimum Experience Level- 5 - 10 years’ experience in managing a division/enterprise in a similar or related industry
- 5 - 7 years in middle office, support, client operations
