**Our client based in Kempton Park** **is looking to employ a** Payroll Administrator.**

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent.
- Must reside in Gauteng.
- Relevant Degree or Diploma and/or Certificate in basic accounting/payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of SAGE 300 (People) is non-negotiable.
- Excellent MS Excel skills is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP system will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and excellent numeric skills.
- Highly organized, systematic and deadline driven.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing all admin relevant to payroll (incl. Commissions).
- Ensuring all employees deductions are correctly recorded and the relevant deductions made.
- Calculate and pay over third-party payments timeously and accurately. PAYE, SDL, UIF, Prov, Med Aid etc.
- Process employee terminations.
- Inputting and updating annual salary budgets (incl. bonuses).
- Process Provident fund, Med Aid, Garnishes etc.
- Loading and updating employee information on SAGE.
- SAGE Leave module - reports and checking on monthly basis.
- Update payroll module on SAP.
- Perform bookkeeping functions as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc payroll related duties when required.
