**Job Title: Remote Hospitality Systems and Online Travel Agency Listings Assistant**

**If you are experienced in Hospitality IT Systems and OTA Listings Assistant then we are looking for you to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a mark in the hospitality ,short stay industry then we have the position for you**

Ideally you have at least
- Proven experience in hospitality OTA listings.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, including PMS, project management software, channel managers, and booking engines.
- Proven IT experience in the hospitality/property management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ambition to progress quickly

Professional Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years of IT systems in hospitality
- At least 3 years of OTA Listings management experience in hospitality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Managing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
- KPI reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities
- Hospitality Systems Maintenance:

- Oversee and maintain all hospitality systems, including property management software (PMS), channel managers, booking engines, and other relevant tools.
- Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of these systems to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to hospitality systems in a timely manner.
- **Onboarding of New Properties**:

- Lead the onboarding process for new properties joining our portfolio, ensuring a smooth transition from initial setup to active listing.
- Collaborate with the property management team, key accounts, sales and internal teams to gather necessary information, set up property profiles, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and performance.
- Conduct training sessions for property owners and staff on the use of hospitality systems and best practices for property management.
- OTA Maintenance:

- Optimise listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality photos, and competitive pricing to attract potential guests and drive bookings.
- Monitor OTA performance metrics, including occupancy rates, booking conversion rates, and guest reviews, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- **Analyse data from hospitality systems and OTAs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.**
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Use insights gained from data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additional support as required by the owner of the companyThe services to be provided by the Contractor may be reasonably varied by the company from time to time and may include further tasks which are within the scope of the services including tasks or assignments for subsidiary or group companies.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (UK Times)

Salary

Full time role

R18 -20k depending on experience
