As a Senior Public Relations Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that promote our agency, our clients, and our industry expertise. This role requires a highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of media and public relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Media Relations**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
- Proactively pitch story ideas and secure media coverage for our agency, clients, and projects.
- Act as a spokesperson for the agency when necessary.

**Content Creation**:

- Create compelling press releases, articles, blog posts, and other written materials.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for PR initiatives.
- Ensure that all PR content aligns with the agency's brand and messaging.

**Strategic Campaign Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated PR campaigns.
- Identify newsworthy angles and opportunities to generate media interest.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and product launches.
- Coordinate media attendance and coverage for agency events.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and measure the impact of PR efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

**Client Relations**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their PR goals and objectives.
- Provide PR consulting and recommendations to clients as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- A minimum of seven year’s experience in public relations, preferably in a media agency or related industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relationships and a track record of securing media coverage.
- Proficiency in PR software and tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the media landscape and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
