At The Skills Mine, we are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, public relations, and communications, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative PR and influencer strategies, including budgets, timelines, and calendars. They will also review annual company and divisional product and marketing calendars to identify PR opportunities and achieve PR values - budget targets by understanding and implementing effective and efficient company policies and methods.
The Public Relations and Communications Specialist will implement agreed PR strategies and objectives for each division, manage PR agency's performance and media monitoring services, and plan and implement CSI strategy and activities to promote principles of good corporate citizenship.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage media club activities and product launches, provide PR support for product and brand managers, and facilitate product information activities for media and PR agency.
Key qualifications include a diploma or degree in marketing, public relations, and communications, as well as experience in media, journalism, and PR agency and influencer marketing.
