**Responsibilities**:
Manage relationships with key clients in the freight and export industry.

Coordinate shipments

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics and supply chain solutions.

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company services and value propositions.

Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to freight and export.

Arrangements daily with shipping lines

Bookings

Age and stock analyses

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in the fruit and freight sector.

In-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with market trends and an ability to adapt to changes in the industry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.

Valid drivers license with own vehicle.
