We’re on the lookout for a **Luxury Concierge Specialist** to join our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to turn dreams into reality, curating unforgettable experiences for our members. Whether it’s booking a serene spa weekend, finding the best local food markets, arranging golf lessons, or securing a sailing school spot, you’ll use your creativity and expertise to deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations.

**What You'll Do**
- **Fulfill a variety of exciting and diverse requests**: From straightforward tasks like checking availability to complex arrangements like organizing bespoke itineraries.
- **Provide top-notch, lifestyle-driven solutions**: Tailored perfectly to our members’ needs and desires.
- **Work closely with a network of contacts and resources**: Ensuring every request is met with precision and flair.
- **Handle anything that comes your way**: From retail recommendations to seamless taxi transfers - no challenge is too big or small

**Requirements**:
**Skills / Qualifications**
- **Experience**: At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.
- **Communication**: Excellent phone etiquette, and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- **Passion for Service**: Enthusiastic about engaging with members and creating memorable experiences.
- **Administrative Abilities**: Strong planning and organizational skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Working hours**

This role will involve **Tuesday to Saturday**shifts. The majority of shifts will be 9am-6pm GMT but will involve at least one late shift (12am - 9pm GMT) each week. You’ll work 40 hours per week.

**Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option**:

- Located in South Africa
- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - **at least 2x a week in the office (40%)**:

- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
