KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Administration:

- Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and
- Create and update workflows
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Analyse risks
- Prepare and manage Project documentation
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document
- Track project progress and communicate updates to
- Ensure adherence to project plans and
- Co-ordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Act as the point of contact for all project participants
- Order resources, like equipment and software
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/customer requirements and relevant case studies)

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
- Grade 12 minimum with tertiary education in Admin of Projects advantageous
- SAP One experience - inherent requirement
- Excellent MS Office skills - Excel at Advanced level
- Good knowledge and experience of administrative processes
- Good understanding of organisational processes and practices
- Good at multi-tasking, organizing, and
- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Co-Ordinator, or similar role (Certificate in Project Management advantageous)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, com, Click Up, SAP, other).
- Experience with change management and organizational development is a
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and
- Solid organisation and time-management
