The primary requirement for this position will be to coordinate the activities of a Learnership Office including all administrative functions

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant working experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Administration of learnerships such as ordering of material, maintenance of the assessment centre applicable scanning and data capture
  • Updating Learner Management System (LMS)
  • Liaising with managers to coordinate office business and contribute to resolving problems
  • Preparation of ATR audit file per annum, receipt of all invoices, training requisition forms as well as attendance registers from providers/internal trainers - and processing thereof in line with the SLA per provider
  • Provide admin support to QA advisor in line with the SOP process
  • Establish, track and manage regional certificates
  • Track and record portfolio and remediation submission
  • Co ordination and management of the learnership project files
  • Preparation of all SETA compliance documentation
