**What you'll have done before**:
Baseline:

- 5 years’ experience in Warehouse
- 5 years’ experience in Logistics Operations
- 3 years’ experience in Managing staff (large operational teams)
- 3 Years’ experience in Stock Management Packs and Bulk, Customers Service, Picking and Dispatch Planning
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/ B.Com or relevant qualification
- Exceptional negotiation and people skills
- Deep knowledge in Warehouse and Logistics
- Stock Management Systems experience (e.g. ISASTORE, SAP or any other Warehouse Management System)

Advantageous:

- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain environment
- 5 years’ experience in Managing staff.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Proactively overseeing that KRA/KPI’s timelines assigned are met
- Building and leverage on relationships with internal, external stakeholders and local authorities
- Leading and keeping the teams motivated to remain focused on targets
- Ensures that HSEQ compliance is maintained
- You will be exposed to various projects and must deliver on initiatives.

**Exciting Challenges you might face**:

- Applies knowledge of the union dynamics to advance the organisation’s mandate
- Driving the volumes to OTIF and HSEQ
- Effectively driving on time deliver to meet the customer SLA
- Cutover from The ISAstore WMS to EWM.
- Driving the daily picking requirements to completion.
- Effectively driving the strategies of the Lubes in your span of control
- Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
