**Key Output**
- Ensuring that all key HR operational processes are delivered successfully to the business including pay round, recruitment and all other cyclical activity
- Coaching line managers in the management of employee performance concerns, ensuring that such issues are dealt with promptly, effectively and in line with legal standards.
- Interpreting, advising on, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies, ethical and legal requirements.

Assisting line managers in the management of employee disciplinary matters
- Educating and coaching employees and line managers in relation to new and existing HR policies and procedures.
- Contributing to the review and update of HR policies and procedures in consultation with employees and line managers.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with line managers and employees.
- Assisting line managers with job design and analysis (including job evaluation where required).
- Assisting line managers to develop and achieve individual and team development plans.
- Assisting line managers to develop appropriate performance goals and measures.
- Coaching line managers on employee's attraction and retention matters.
- Ensuring that change initiatives meet legal and ethical standards and maintain a positive organisational culture.
- Ensuring that HR projects are delivered effectively and efficiently within the required time frame in area

**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**
- B-degree / B-Tech in Psychology and / or Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in an HR generalist role.
