Admin Clerk

**Vector Logistics**, is on the hunt for an Admin Clerk to join our Finance** **Department** **at our eThekwini depot. This individiual will provide administrative support and resolve claims timeously within the Finance Department.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Reconciling of shipments & uplifts (ZSDTR12 & 2B) accurately & within 3 days of delivery
- Ensuring that all PODS match invoices & that relevant credits are processed
- Follow up with Transport & Warehouse teams wrt missing documents/pods and redeliveries
- Reporting on a daily basis on unreconciled shipments & uplifts
- Filing of shipments on a daily basis
- Assist with scanning of PODS when required
- Empty Bin checks in warehouse for stock count
- Capturing of Allowances for payroll (accuracy is key)
- Stock count - verification & capturing
- Fixed assets verification (physical to SAP) - sign off to be done quarterly
- Other Adhoc responsibilities as they arise for all clerks
- Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables;etc)
- Non-Stock - Creditors - Creation of PO numbers
- Checking of outside labour invoices (timesheets against billing) & processing
- Verification of sundry creditor’s invoices for payments
- Goods receipting of Sundry Creditors PO’s
- Processing & Parking of journals on SAP
- Compiling Accruals at month-end
- Processing of fines & BOL payments on SAP
- Check & confirm payment runs
**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric
Degree/Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Supply Chain with Accounting
