We are looking for 2 Admin Clerks to join our team.
Duties include:
Data capturing
- General upkeep of the office including organising, filing and maintaining supplies.
- Creating Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Credit Notes, etc.
- Monitoring inventory stock levels.
- Generating reports for sales and other key performance indicators.
- Daily allocation of property related maintenance to the various contractors
- Ordering and obtaining quotations
- Co ordinating drivers
- Staff Registers
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Matric Certificate.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Tele-sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate level excel
- Be able to prepare schedules for VAT submission.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
