Customer Support Assistant - Cape Town - R 15 000 CTC
**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Attending to all incoming telephonic queries from customers.
- Stock take, issuing and ordering of stationary and general office duties
- Attending to the overnight courier items
- Reconciling dispatch notes and collections
- Contacting all Customers where information accompanying the samples is incomplete or conflicting with the
- database and rectifying the incorrect information where necessary.
- Knowledge of Generating quotations.
- Allocating products to customers and generating dispatch notes.
- Follow up on all outstanding quotes, orders, and queries.
- Banking and management of petty cash as and when required
- Registration of customer codes
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Education - Matric
- Previous work experience in a Customer Service and or Sales environment is essential as well as the ability to generate quotes and capture sales
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer liaison skills - ability to liaise at all levels
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and good time management
- Excellent telephone skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to communicate in English required and the knowledge of another South African indigenous language advantageous
