Are you a passionate Broker Consultant looking to make a significant impact in the financial services industry? An esteemed financial services company partnered with a leading recruitment agency is seeking a talented individual like you to join their dynamic team. You will need to support and build relationships with financial advisers around the country with a focus on business development.

You will need to put your analytical hat on to understand client needs and then leverage product knowledge and marketing skills to produce and present client solutions. Technical training, relationship management and marketing is also a key responsibility of the role. The company turns the traditional Broker Consultant model on its head by shifting the conversation from a ‘product push’ to independently partnering with advisers, allowing them to deliver the highest value to their clients. Through our highly experienced consultants, advanced digital engagement, and excellent support; we are dramatically changing the lives of the independent financial adviser. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compile quotes that meet client needs and provide relevant recommendations and insights.
- Assist with product accreditations.
- Provide advisers with key selling points to help them in converting business.
- Assess advisers business and client base to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain adviser relationships.
- Objection handling.
- Technical product training.
- Handle and answer technical product queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Grade 12/NQF 4 equivalent qualification.
- You should have strong industry knowledge in long term insurance and investment products with an appetite to constantly develop these, as well as flex your analytical tendencies for maximum success.
- A proven track record in a similar sales/support role.
- Valid and contactable references.
- Proficient with technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and (preferably) Afrikaans.
- Drivers license and transport.
