Sales Administrator

Sitari Country Estate is an award-winning property development in the Western Cape and offers an iconic selection of prestige, premium and luxury apartments, village and country homes, country plots, as well as planned retirement properties, 24/7 protection, complete with an exclusive Curro School and lifestyle village mall.
The **Sitari Property Sales** team is looking for a competent **Sales Administrator** with a strong property background to join the team situated outside of Somerset West, within **Sitari Country Estate**.
**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Assist in checking completion of sales agreement contracts & FICA documents
- Updating Excel spreadsheets & price lists
- Loading Prop24 Listings & monitoring listings
- Assist with weekly lead report
- Assist with follow up of Sales transactions with various attorneys
- Assist with general adhoc queries for the Sales agents
- Assist with general adhoc functions with monthly accounts
- Assist with sales & rental admin functions as and when required
**Key experience and competencies**:
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- 1-2 years banking administration experience (essential)
- 1-2 years property administration experience (essential)
- Must live in Somerset West or surrounding areas (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer (essential)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy
