**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deputize for the Applications Manager as needed, leading meetings and updating stakeholders.
- Support ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Produce technical reports and management information as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav or MS Business Central systems.
- Experience in an Applications Maintenance/Application Development team.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL querying and security.
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into change requests.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and change implementation.
- Familiarity with core technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Project management, analysis skills, Kanban or Agile experience.
- Working experience with the Data Protection Act 1998 or in a secure data environment.
